SPRINGDALE ROLLS (Goi Cuong) or *VEGETARIAN*

An exquisite dish of cool rolls of rice vermicelli, herbs and shrimp (or vegetarian)* wrapped in a rice paper tortilla. A very elegant appetizer in Vietnamese/Cambodian cuisine. Served with a delicious fish or vegan sauce.  $7.95

EGG ROLLS  

These delightful and delicious deep-fried spring rolls are made with a bean vermicelli, jicama, carrots, shrimp, and pork (or vegetarian*) and served with a Thai sweet, sour and spicy sauce. $7.50

 DUMPLINGS (Jiao Ze)

These delicious, deep-fried, natrual chicken breast "pot-stickers" will take you to Bangkoks Chinatown.  Served with Hoison and chili sauces.  $7.50

*SAMOSAS*

Inspired by Pagan, Burma and the Madras Café in Bangkok, these classic Indian pastries are filled with potatoes, onions, peas and curry spices. Served with a spicy mint and yogurt chutney.  $8.95

*PAPADOM*

From an Indian restaurant in Vietnam, our Papadom consists of rice and flour tortillas, which are deep fried and served with a simple yet utterly delicious sauce of tomato, lime, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro.  Namaste!   $5.95

INDOCHINA SALAD (Goi Ga) 

A vibrant, Southeast Asian salad of cabbage, carrots, shrimp, natural chicken breast or vegetarian* with peanuts and herbs served with a spicy dressing. $8.95

TOM YUM SOUP 

The famous and delightfully spicy soup with shrimp, chicken or nonGMO tofu* with mushrooms right out of the Thai seaside.

This quintessential dish of Vietnam is a wonderfully flavored rice noodle chicken/beef soup with vegetable garnish. Natural Chicken Breast/"Organic Beef   Available in Spring and Fall.      $12.95/$14.95

BANH XEO

An unusual delight from Indochine of a crepe-like dish filled with shrimp, natrual chicken breast, Organic Beef, Scallops, or vegetarian* with bean sprouts, and onions served with a delicious fish sauce and lots of green garnish for wrapping and dipping.  $13.95 - $19.95

THAI CURRIES

Delicious and spicy Thai curries from around Thailand with coconut milk, vegetables, lemongrass, galangalal and other spices served with Thai jasmine rice. Medium Hot. Yellow, Red, or green with nonGMO Tofu*, Natrual Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Beef or Scallops.

PAD THAI with "Organic" bBeef, Natural Chicken Breast or shrimp

The classic and world famous fried rice-noodle dish from Khao San Road in Bangkok. With egg, natural chicken breast, organic beef, shrimp, scallops or  vegetarian with nonGMO tofu*, peanuts, onions and spices.  $14.95 - $19.95

THAI COCO (Tom Khaa Gai)

This wonderful blend of Natural Chicken Breast, coconut, lemon grass and spices will take you to Koh Phan Gan in Southern Thailand. Served with Thai rice.   $14.95

ORANGE DISHES

A variety of delightful possibilites  from Bangkok's Chinatown consisting of breaded chicken, or fish (Cod), succulent organic beef, or nonGMO tofu* and vegetables served  in a delicious homemade sweet and sour orange sauce with Thai rice.  $13.95-$16.95

GARDEN STIR-FRY 

Many of the ingredients in this dish are often organic and from our own garden or other local growers. Prepared with a light Asian sauce and served with Thai  rice with nonGMO Tofu*, natural Chicken, organic Beef, Fish, Shrimp or scallops  $14.95  - $19.95

BARBECUE (Outside Tables Only)

A wonderfully social Vietnamese tradition employing fresh "Organic" Beef and/or Shrimp marinated in lemongrass, which are cooked by the guests on their on tabletop.  The cooked meat/seafood is then placed into rice paper tortillas along with various greens and herbs and served with our now famous fish sauce (nuoc mam).  Perhaps a complete meal for two or as a shared appetizer for 2 or more people.  $26.95

We are also developing a Western fusion short list of items like Morrocan organic lamb satay with mint sauce, seared Tuna springrolls, a SE Asian Paella and Scallops Hawaitaliano in the late Spring of  2008.

Beer, Wine & Sake

Our beer menu is the most extensive and diverse in Springdale, and perhaps in all of Southern Utah.

IMPORT:  Singha (Thai) and Sapporo (Japan)

DOMESTIC:  Anchor Steam (Calif.),   Sierra Nevada (Calif.),  Anderson Valley Oatmeal Stout (Calif.), Samuel Adams Lager (Mass.),  Springdale Jamaican Lager (Utah), Polygamy Porter (Utah).  Wines include Californian Chardonays and Cabernets table wines from  J Lohr, Firestone and Beaulieu Vineyards as well as a Bio-dynamic Petite Sirah from Frey and a Riesling from Bonny Doon.  We also have one Oregonian Sake.

 *DESSERTS*

Nobody makes apple, pecan and other seasonal pies better than mom, and our mom gave us the recipe. Made from locally produced pecans and apples and other fruit whenever possible (often from dad's orchard).  $4.50
